The men's conference at Harvest Church in Dothan, Ala., went great this weekend. I don't know how many were in attendance, but Friday night the church was packed, and probably two-thirds filled this morning. The chicken biscuits from Willie T's in Dothan were mighty good this morning too.
It's always great hearing Brad McClain. He always brings a challenging word. He taught on the five challenges men face - eternity, mind, body, family and harvest. We all broke into small groups for "huddles" after each lesson.
Two of the guys we've been working with attended the conference. One couldn't attend today, because he had to work, but he was there Friday night. It's great seeing what God is doing in these men's lives.
